Is there a monthly subscription fee?
No. XPndAI OCR API has no monthly subscription. You pay a one-time onboarding fee + prepaid wallet credit. There are no per-seat fees, no recurring charges, and no lock-in. Credits are consumed per page processed and do not expire on a calendar cycle. This makes XPndAI significantly cheaper than AWS Textract or Google Document AI for sustained workloads.
How does the prepaid wallet work?
The wallet is your processing credit balance. Each successfully processed page deducts the per-page rate from your wallet. When the wallet reaches zero, processing pauses until you top up. Minimum top-up: Starter ₹10,000 | Business ₹20,000 | Enterprise ₹50,000 (India). The one-time access fee does NOT convert to wallet credits — it covers account setup, credentials, onboarding session, and dashboard access.
What document types are supported?
Invoices (GST, VAT, international), purchase orders, bank statements, delivery challans, packing lists, GRN, KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Emirates ID), cheques, payslips, lab reports, legal documents, scanned PDFs, JPG/PNG/TIFF images. Languages: English and Hindi as primary targets. Arabic and other scripts require sample-based acceptance before contractual inclusion.
