COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) applies to apps directed at children under 13. Our apps are directed at parents, not children, which reduces direct COPPA applicability — but we build with the spirit of COPPA throughout: no collection of child biometric data without explicit parental consent, clear privacy policy in plain language, easy data deletion, and no behavioural advertising targeting. For products sold in the EU, we also apply GDPR's child-data provisions by design.
